First off, I'm sorry that things didn't go smoothly in Bolivia for your team. I hope the bike will have another chance at the big number.

Second - the tires are for THE Erv Kanemoto? And he's building a streamliner???  That's exciting, I'll search for info if it is out there. Best of luck to them.  cheers, Dean

When I remember right, he was in 2016, when the Honda streamliner set a FIA record, at the Shootout....

so he picked the virus of speed, too

All I could find was this short vid on FB. Looks like the chassis was built at Maxwell Industries. Eddie Lawson's name is also associated, nice crew!

Erv certainly knows how to prepare a road racer. We shall see how that translates to LSR. Several decades ago Freud tried to get Kenny Roberts on board but was unsuccessful. He really wanted to get his hands on one of KR's 500cc GP bikes to run at B'ville.

I have never looked at this post before but looking at the pictures of the chassis being built by Maxwell Ind it is so refreshing to see a weldment that is so well designed and fabricated. They have paid special attention to tube intersection design and load path design. Nice to see such nice engineering and design. Looking forward to seeing it at the salt. (If we ever get the chance to run there again!)
