I was going to visit family on my trip out to the salt flats this year so I still made the trek across the country. Today on my way back east I figured I needed to at least make a brief pilgramage out to the salt. Even today (wednesday, would have been the next to last day of racing) it is still a bit slushy at lands end. Fingers crossed mother nature treats us better next year!
