On Facebook I received a "Friend Request" from Sparky so I accepted it. He sent an innocuous message, then asked if I had heard the "good news about DHHS". I replied "What is DHHS? To which I got an answer this morning:
"Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) set up a assistant program which I got $100,000 delivered when I applied for it and I don?t have to pay back,It was indeed a great blessing you can also apply before the program close."
Yeah- right! It is a scam so old that it has hair on it. Moral of the story- Sparky's identity has been stolen on FB- not his fault, it happens- and don't fall for scams liks DHHS, Nigerian princes, etc.
