Yo, Gus.  Many Happy Returns of the (yester-) Day.  Geez, you've already been hanging around Bville for a few years already, hey?  It's going to be a bitch-kitty, I know, but if anybody is going to better Freud's 50 or so years on the salt - you're off to a good start.

Weren't you still in short pants when you started helping us at Salt Talks?

Happy Birthday.  Don't forget to give me your hero card before making any runs at SpeedWeek.

Jon,
If my memory is accurate, I actually met both you and Nancy prior to ever stepping foot on the salt. You put me to work thawing Pasties on top of the Salt Talks trailer (yes, in the short pants), --I was just happy to have a job and feel important. That was SW 2007, so I guess we can celebrate 16 years of knowing each other this coming August. Thanks for being part of it, give Nancy a hug for me.

Great photo Mr. Pie. My first year on the Salt was 1973, the rainout years are the only ones I have missed

Don, in the truth be known department, I had "in spite of the material you had to work with" in there and deleted it just before posting... LOL  lol8    :?

I'm just so sentimental, but it doesn't seem complete without the old guy pictured.
