Streamliner motorcycle automatic parachute release

In section 7.H.13 it states

A automatic mechanism to release the chute be installed if the machine is laid  over.

Is this something you can buy or would I have to make it?

Max built his, I think Ack uses some accelerometer function in his MoTec.  You could use a modern sportbike tipover switch...
