BMST paperwork question

From page 295 of the AMA rulebook:

b. All Riders participating in AMA sanctioned Land
Speed meets must have rider medical insurance. A
completed and signed medical information form shall
accompany all entry forms. A complete entry form
shall be submitted and processed before
scrutineering and runs.

So...
when filling out my pre-entry online, I never saw a form with medical information.
Is this something filled out on the salt?
If not, do you know how to find the required form?

This will be my first time racing at the bmst, so this is all new to me,
I'm just trying to navigate the rules and be as prepared as possible.

Go to the SCTA website link on the home page. There is a driver/rider Med form pdf.

Wheeler, me thinks the SCTA form won't work for the other organizations.  I've made the mistake (often!) when discussing various rules.

You are correct that the on-line registration does not ask for that information as it has in the past. It must be some sort of omission when setting up the registration system on the site. Bring your insurance info with you. Perhaps they will ask for that at the check in trailer. You must go to the check in trailer as the first thing to do after you set up your pits. Then you will go and have your bike inspected, get gas, etc.

The instructions say to complete, print out two copies and bring to registration.
