I'm busier than a one-armed paper hanger, but I want to try to make up a shirt for the SpeedWeek this year. And it's gonna be different from any I've done before - maybe, if youse guys are cool with it.
Part of the art will be cars/bikes, like usual, but the other side will have a photo of - - - me.
Stop laughing and hang up that 911 call you were about to make. I have not gone off the deep end. But I've thought about this for the last couple of years and so - maybe I will do it. Now that I'm doing the announcing at SW everybody seems to know me. I hear "I see you, Seldom Seen Slim" about a zillion times a day. Yeah, it's cool and a nice kick in the ego for me, but at the same time - - why not a shirt to capitalise on my fleeting fame? Let some of the spectators buy shirts and help pay for the website instead of just you folks.
That's the basic idea. What do you think of it?
