Soooo . . . . . .

We did see "flash" peak numbers of 122/123 bhp @ 10,000 rpm, but with the full size pump impellor on the large capacity brake, (hey T&T's normal customers all run BIG Chevys or Nos or blown), we just could not control it well enough to get documentable data points.  We made 3 attempts, and since I was not keen on rebuilding the absorber unit, we just canned any further attempts.    It's going to take at least a smaller diameter impellor on the water pump of the brake unit to have stable control of 60 cubic inches @ 10,000 rpm making 65 ish ft/lbs of tq.  It's a shame but . . . . . the game is for honest, documentable bhp, period.

Vikingboy & Chris have got a good middle range tune into the ECU with the fuel curve and timing both in the "safe" range.   It got "beat up "pretty hard", and can still go into the Midget.   So off the "Bendover" it goes.

The 'K' takes off, right where the tractor engine laid down on the job.   A "continuation", in the truest sense.
Science, NOT Magic . . . .

I used to be a people person.  But people changed that relationship.

The great white dyno should give you the numbers you want. If the crank, rods, and pistons (and water pump) are capable, with the torque curve continuing to straight-line, the horsepower should just keep increasing and thus the speed.

Might want to go for the record, make the back-up run, then go for broke!

Any predictions on speed?.

Tom

P.S. How do I make the donation to the forum?

I get lost on the formula, but it's a generous dollar amount.

I think it still works like that, but maybe the system has been changed and there's another way to maximise the amount that gets to me.  But - the fee isn't all that usurious and the funds arrive pretty quickly and so on, so I don't lose too much sleep.  I do thank all of youse guys for the support so we can have fun.

Speaking of funds for the site - - wait 'til you hear my idea for the 2021 t-shirt!! :clap muutt

Sending to a friend, not a purchase is free as long as if comes from a bank account... If you use a credit card then someone pays the freight...
So mark it as sending to a friend.... it's such a small white lie....
Just kidding Slim... you are one of my oldest friends... or maybe you just look like one of the oldest....
