I'll repeat. I just (beginning of April) took pictures of a crack) and sent to Steve Davies (chief inspector) He in essence said would not pass and it needed to be replaced.

And as a side note, most SCTA tech inspectors view this site frequently.
Some of them might even be committee chairs......  :cheers:

Curt.. I get the idea that you?re finding it hard to get a new windshield. If your running a vintage car with a vintage engine or not.... tell us. I ran and held the record in V XO/GC, Altered, and Fuel Coupe for many years and been over 150 with it. I know what it?s like to find parts. Someone reading your post may have 10 of what you want. Probably getting a new rubber seal with the stainless groove may not be available but I would give racers here a chance to help. You always have the option to rent the salt and the timers to have your own ?exclusive private? meet.
