Skittles on Sunday
« on: February 15, 2021, 08:00:12 PM »
Anyone watch at all on Sunday when they went round and round until someone flushed and they mixed up for a while and then came back and went round and round again for a few hours.

My newspaper said they did that for 497 miles and then smacked around at last 'til they had a true winner.

There was a time when I thought the Daytona 500 should be a National Holiday.
I didn't even know they raced yesterday until I read it this morning.
I guess, like many others, I lost interest.

Mike --

That doesn't belong here.  It's an actual, stock car based vehicle.

There are no worries about the old fans they once had. With the younger up and coming drivers who learn on simulators and a new race of drivers and owners and drivers which are sure to come from the 7 road courses (thats right turns) this year they wont need the old rednecks confederate flag wavers anymore. Next year there will only 1 lug nut. Times they are a changing....
