The official contact is the Bonneville Motorcycle Speed trials. You can contact them for rules info at tech@bonnevillespeedtrials.com.

It can take some time for an answer from tech. And as Don says, we are happy to help here if we can. Since you posted this in SCTA I'll just mention that you can download the AMA rules from the BMST website, in case you have not already. I believe the 2019 AMA Bonneville Supplemental Regulations will be the most current as there is no 2020 event (is there a going thru withdrawal emoji?)
