Bonneville licensing

I have been trying to get ahold of the Person in charge of Driver Licensing, My 2019 Rulebook shows  Tracie Carroll as the contact, I Have sent a couple emails and tried to call several times, the email in the book and the scta website is different (I think the rulebook is a typo) it gets sent back as undeliverable, does anyone know who would be the next person to try to contact? The phone number I have tried is (915) 765-7094 Thanks all!

Yes, the email address in the rule book includes a typo.  Correct address is- gogogidgetracing@gmail.com.  I got an email response when I submitted my timing slips to her a little over a month ago.  Haven?t received anything since then, though.

I had a couple of licensing / membership niggles and JoAnn replied immediately to my email, resolved one (race number) and fixed another (why I didn't get any stuff with my 2019 membership - a glitch in the matrix). How does one give a Gold Star?
