Speed Demon 2 -- cockpit canopy?

Does anyone have pictures detailing the underside (guide system and latching mechanism) of the sliding cockpit canopy on Speed Demon 2?   Looking at the differences between V1 and V2 of Speed Demon, there are some safety aspects in V2 that I'd like to incorporate into my streamliner based upon the knowledge they have learned.

Both the Speed Demon and the car's builder, Maxwell Industries, are pretty active and visible on Instagram and Facebook as well as their own websites and therefpore easy to find.  I would be pretty surprised if they would turn down your request for information.  Steve Watt is crew chief and owner of Maxwell - might as well start with him.

Hey Slim -- I have reached out but figured everyone was busy or on vacation post Bonneville rush.  I will try Steve direct next.  Also realized there was a Speed Demon book and ordered as something to learn if viewing the contents.

You might also try to find the person doing their media stuff and go through him.  I'm sure Steve would get you some help, and I'm also sure that he's busier than a two-tailed cat in a rocking chair factory and would likely point you to the person you need.
