The commonly available CB-745P SBC small journal bearing has same dimensions except the width. Maybe you could get them narrowed or there is space in your rod? Don't know the feasibility of that but ask your machinist/engine builder.
Start with a CB-745HN which is already narrowed. Then you can stick in a rod and torque, then center up in your mill and use an angled tool to narrow it and chamfer at the same time. I used to do it all the time.
