Sorry, it has been a little hectic...
So anybody reading through this thread knows Ross (MC2032) and all the time and work he has put into this project.  Well I told him he would get to drive it if he wanted...
So after Speedweek I asked him if he wanted to run against my I/BFL record set last year at 223.6 during the  first outing with the car.  He said sure, and sold his bike entry... then the header problem... then got it fixed... OK recap over....
Ross needed a license pass for 175-200 B upgrade, that time slip is posted over on the WoS thread... ran 180s for most of the run.  I wasn't sure he wanted to go again till he got out of the car and said "gimme a quarter... somebody gimme a quarter... I want to ride again"  So we went back to the line and waited the rest of the day for the wind to die...
Next morning we were at the front and the made another license pass... for 200-250 A upgrade... That slip is posted below...
My error, I thought if might not pull all the way through 5th, so I told him if he saw the shift light in 5th, just stay in that gear...
Two miles later at 238 he hit the chute and nothing happened... the pilot has never not jumped out, till now...
He got it stopped at the 8.5 clear of the course.... then found out one of the front tires destroyed during the run...
We went to impound, changed the tire, prepped the car and got it ready to the record run... had to demo our chute to clear our red tag and we were ready.
Instructions were shift when you see the light on this one... the time slip is posted below as well.
The bad part, approaching the 4 he heard a bang so he popped the chute.... cleared the course and we found the mate to the other tire popped.  Luckily for me, those were not my tires, they were ones I borrowed from John Goodman, ggl205.   :-o  :?
So as Pork Pie already posted Ross has a Red Hat... He got the full meal deal, flat tires, no chute and a new hat

Man that is impressive! He definitely got his 25 cents worth. The backup run in the 4th mile is damn close to as fast as you have ever gone. A big congratulations!!!

The 244 was at the 4 mile marker. We just need to run it to the 5. Ross has only made 3 runs in the car total

Absolutely fab. That is some seriously testicular piloting Ross, wow.

If I had known Bockscar was available at 25 cents a run I would have have got in line

Why is there no emoji with a red hat? There is a blue one .....

Who knew an I-Bifil (I/BFL) could be so fast; holy crap that is awesome.
