Now for my yearly post.  As a spectator (at this time) I alwasy pick up the rule book to dream with.  I would think I am not the only one that does that.  If you limit access to "members" (whatever that turns out to be) you are limiting the possibilites of new people.  The most common answer to questions on this board is "check the rule book".  
I would not mind if it was ALSO published in an e-format, with a charge, just so that everyone could get to it.  I also like having the records in the book, for the reasons mentioned above.

Jim, yes I knew of the logistics.........

us bike guys could have pitched in and come run......

but without any bike record sanctioning bodies......

it was what it was.........a Car only meet.......with
car only sanctioning..........just like Bubs...........in reverse.......

not only does SCTA put on a good meet........also very economical
in some aspects........
