interesting thing happened: I ordered, as I usually do, a bunch of clothing from an online store I've bought from many times. but this time -- they shipped the wrong stuff -- a bunch of it. Nice enough clothing, but not the styles or colors that Nancy would want to wear. Now I get to contact Venus.com and ask them for the correct stuff -- and see what they want us to do with the wrong. I mention all of this to remind everyone why it's wise to keep the packing list for stuff received. At least I've got some proof of what's where so I can ask for reparations.
