I spent an hour filling an air bottle while I was putting the drivetrain back in the bike, no use running it with the dump pipe any more since it will fall over above 2 bar P2. :)

The coating looks pretty nice, hopefully it will keep some of the heat inside the housings as well.

I will add a heat shield between the exhaust duct and the 24V converter that sits just below the battery since the Ebay?s Finest electronics will probably not cope with a couple of hundred degrees Celcius for long....

Cheers!

Anders,
If the side exhaust makes enough force to feel it pushing you sideways maybe you need to add an extra elbow and point it to the rear. You will be amazed what a little thrust in the right direction will do for your speeds.

And one more thing, wear longer pants!! that flame looks like it could definitely remove most of your leg hair and maybe wrinkle your skin.
Always looking forward to your post!

Hi Rex,

Most of the energy in the exhaust is spent passing through the second turbine wheel, so I think the added drag from the elbows will slow me down more than what the little thrust I can direct rearwards will help.

No shorts when riding this bike, I promise. :)

Thanks!
