allowable overbore for 'modern' engines

i seem to remember having read that the overbore allowance for non-vintage engines has been relaxed for 2013 but i can't find it again.
can anyone clarify allowable overbore for modern engines?

there is no allowance in AMA for modern engines. If your engine is 1351cc then you would have to run ion 1650cc class.
