Several people built bikes with tubing to the back end of the bike and a cross piece that

tied the tubes together and stuck out wider than the tubing for their boots to push against it.

Those were considered as foot pegs and was accepted by Tech. That allowed prone positioning.

I like prone positioning.............

Back on the track, please.  Here's a photo of the salt, in general - just like the title to this thread.  Nancy just found it on Mike Crawford's Facebook page.  We'll presume it was taken today - Mike and his wife.  Looks kinda like they're standing at Land's End.  Looks kinda moist and not hot-n-sweaty, hey?

A great time for my kids!  A lot of great guys have invited my kids to sit in their cars over the years, and they talk about it all the time!
