I'm about 5-9, 155#. I'm not in danger of blowing away, but I don't have a whole lot of extra, either. Thanks for the idea on the Rousch site. Most of the Nascar drivers are on the slim side, so that should be a good option.
I hadn't given much consideration to whether the head section should be separate from the seat section. I can see how it might be easier to get the seat sections installed in separate pieces. What are the other advantages?
I already have an "economy" Kirkey road racing seat, which I think is a 17" width at the hips. It's a little big, and not as sturdy as I think an LSR seat should be.
