I drove through Wendover today and deceided to look at the salt flats.
Drove out a little over two miles from the asphalt, no water. Salt was a little damp and sticking to my tires a little. Got drier and smoother the further I went. Really looks damn good given we hopefully will have a month of dry weather. See you all mid August. Roger Lessman

Thanks Roger for the updated. I had heard reports that it was very rough and 10-20 mph was limit without getting thrown around.

2 miles out end of dyke???

Jon,

was rough but not unusual for the area. the furhter i went it looked better, again as usual. end of dyke was where i turned around. i thought things looked pretty good. but then what do i know, i am certainly no salt expert, i just drive on it.

depends on the location.......of many things...

also be advised it is often pronounced differently
depending on what competitor it pertains to..same
gender or not..........

something about a long "y" vs soft "y"

In my Dictionary, it depends on what's at the intersection of the "Y"
