jet powered landspeed bike

   This is Mike Charlton. we are still working on the bike. the parachutes are mounted.And the wheels are turing on the lathe as i type So i just came in from the garage .to check out the site.i am going to be layed off from work in a week so progress will increase in speed. here a couple of links to some video of what we have been doing in the mean time. Kents electric Land Speed bike is still a faster LSR machine and has proved it already.

thanks John... not yet but well get there.... found out last week that we left power to one of the amphonal pins off so the controller went into default at "HALF" power.... that kinda explains the 125mph... holy crap this thing is gonna be stupid next year :-o  i kinda want to see the jet bike make a pass... mike have ya talked to denis or the USAFRA guys yet? maybe you can make a time only pass.... if you can get it wheel driven you can run SCTA

Kent you are wrong... :-D

Your bike is a proven Land Speed Racing machine and has set a record in every time down the course :cheers:  The electric drag bike is not a LSR bike (at this time) and the Jet bike has not made a pass on any LSR track at this time so yours is still the faster LSR vehicle at this time...

What will you need to run in order to properly charge your bike with between rounds..I am curious..

Please supply the weight and thrust figures that lead you to believe the 196 mph by the jet bike is "dubious."
