G/CPRO record holder for sale - PRICE REDUCED
« on: February 19, 2021, 11:12:40 AM »
I'm selling my SCTA, ECTA and LTA G/CPRO record holding 1979 Porsche 924. The engine and transmission were professionally built by Michael Mount with no expense spared. It's dry sumpted, with two DCO 50 Webers on a custom intake, a seriously reworked Turbo head with larger valves, a custom stainless steel header, custom J&E pistons on Cunningham connecting rods. It peaks torque at 8,300 RPM's. The only stock pieces remaining are the block and crankshaft. Everything in (and on the motor) is racing grade. It has new (in 2020) tires and comes with two diameter rear sets. Based on its' performance after being fitted with a new air intake plenum last winter - it ran 156.343 at Loring in the 1.5 mile in 2020, I'm confident that it will best both its' current SCTA and ECTA records. Over $50K invested. Was asking $27,500 - now reduced to $25,000. The fully equipped (electric jack, load leveling hitch, cabinets, lighting, flooring, winch and Racing ramps) enclosed 24' Hallmark Trailer with scooter pit bike is also available at $5,000 (but only with the car). Full documentation of every one of it's 28 passes is available as well as all current log books. Some spares are also included. More pictures are available on request. Car in located near Cincinnati, Ohio.
