VP gas and El Mirage

Can anyone tell me which if VP Racing fuels quailfy for the gas class at El Mirage i read the rules and can not seem to find the info on VP web site telling me what i need to know

We tested c-16 and it came out to 3.5 on an allowable 15.0 . even with temp changes it was nowhere near the limit. the oxygenated vp fuels are different and read higher than the max for the gas class.

Jasons got it right..legal for the Gas class at ELMO :wink:

Your best bet is to ask at tech inspection before the race. If they have seen the fuel before then they can tell you. If not, they can test it before you race it.

ERC Racing Fuels is the supplier for Bonneville and a number of other races. They list all the info on their web site. No other fuel supplier has the info that ERC does that I have found. ERC supports us and you should support them.

The most important thing is not to contaminte it or combine any fuels. They will normally send the meter used over the top especially with normal pump gasoline......Good Luck
