Custom Wiring Diagram Help?

I am building a custom motorcycle racer from scratch with a lot of hi-tech electronic components. The wiring harness has to be built from the battery on and could be complicated. I am wondering if anyone knows if there is any kind of service that creates detailed wiring diagrams from specifications. I could figure it out I am sure, but would rather not melt anything while doing that.

Wish i could help out here Don, but my wiring is done without diagrams, mostly, rough sketch at the end so i can find stuff again
just laying out the wires from sensors, one by one and lightly taping until its complete
waterproof connectors on everything
sealed mini fuse and relay block 
good news is with the CAN capabilitys of modern ecu's the wiring can be reduced considerably
