here is an update from the guy who is running the 1k TB's on his Busa:

Quote
as you can see the throttle linkage is on the left side now so you have to use an 05 1k switch/throttle assembly . wires in very easily .
my setup is the first version where we moved the ports on the head . the new setup will be t-bodies that bolt onto a stock busa head . secondary injection with a standard plenum . think about it BOYZZZZZZ !
i hadent really discussed it with matt but you turbo guys wanting to run secondaries this way would only need the DBD modded bodies and billet rails . so the previously quoted price wouldnt apply to you .
we'llm see what matt has to say about that tho...

even on my (currently) n/a street bike , its a great setup .

Bow,
Good thread you've started . Lots of input.

Gaza 414,
Good idea on testing the injectors ourselves. I think I have most every thing to do the test on hand. Where did the 9 volt choice of battery come from? Why not 12 volt? Does the injector get hot when testing it? It will probably be late winter before I start on the throttle-bodies adaption. I seem to be a slow builder but it's been matching the cash flow on this project so far!!

Thanks again to all for your input.

Harv

The 9V is the std voltage that they operate at. Most electronics work at 5Volts

Looks like bbb that the gixxer set  up doesnt run an airbox?

Wonder what he claims are the advantages of this setup?
