???
$50.00 from MooneyesUSA: http://www.mooneyesusa.com/shop/product.php?cPath=188_211&products_id=1549 (http://www.mooneyesusa.com/shop/product.php?cPath=188_211&products_id=1549) and you can return it when you're done and get your money back.

Another way to do it is to buy 5 Moon Disks (assumimg the 3 fastener type). Then cut a 1/2" x 1& 1/2" (approx.) out of the lip at all 3 Dzus locations. Dzus the spring tabs to the slave Moon Disk and weld away. Now you have your own jig.

Here is what mine looks like.

The great thing about using the Moon jig or Tom's way is that if you need replacement discs there's no screwing around re-fitting them.
-
I think it is cheaper to buy the jig than to buy a moon disc though....
-
... cause you get your money back.

.....we just kept our jigs..... seems like we have used them several times for each size already....
