I thought some of you might like first peek at the flow chart for the new Rotrex C38-91 supercharger. It's not yet published on their website. 8-)

I can post the PDF for a larger view... but can't figure out how to attach it to my post! :?

Can you email me the PDF?
What's that little baby cost?

PDF sent.
I believe Rotrex dealers in USA are quoting $2595 retail. Email me back if you're interested, and maybe I can hook you up with a better price.
Note: I'm not a Rotrex dealer and this thread is not an ad... just helping out LSR where I can.

Where o' where is that C38-91?

If only I'd known it was so much work.

Please note that the C39-91 and -92 blowers require an 8 rib belt. If you try to get away with a 6 rib belt (as can used on the smaller Rotrex C-30 series) you will get belt slippage at higher blower pressures, leading to erratic engine torque... leading to failure of your dyno torque cell.

Personally, I can't imagine trying to set-up and tune this blower without a state-of-the-art ECU (Motec or Haltec). Invaluable features:
•Fully user-definable 32 x 32 mapping (1024 points)
•TPS tuning with manifold pressure correction
•Wideband closed loop lambda control
•Wideband “auto tuning” with user definable target lambda
•EGT fuel correction
•Soft and hard cut rev limiter
•Dual map switching for fuel/ignition/boost

Hard to see chart, but looks like 75% efficiency at 2.0 pressure ratio [aprox 15 lb boost] but what's the
CFM ? Looks small for a large engine.

Rotrex gives air flow in units of mass, not CFM (which varies with temp). The C38-91/92 max output is .63 kg/second, max pressure ratio 2.94.
Link to data sheet: http://rotrex.com/Home/Technology/Product_Technical_Data.aspx (http://rotrex.com/Home/Technology/Product_Technical_Data.aspx) with temp conversion for CFM.
