Goliad is a pretty standard aux. field, "bounce strip" used for touch and goes. 1000' of concrete touch down on each end of 7000' of asphalt. There is 1500' of approach on each end which is usually very thin asphalt coated gravel or shell.  Usually there are also arresting hook facilities on the ones I have checked out.
