Title: Rear wheel covering

Rule Book 2010, Modified Production Page; 115, Sec; 7.F.12 partial streamlining, Par;2 (Bold Print)

not to cover any of the "wheel"

Does this mean I can cover the tire "down to" the wheel?

correct assumption..... unless you continue to read and interpret the rule completely.... page 116
