Was this on the Titanic?  On Overhaul'in, we've done some remarkable cars, the only time we missed the deadline was on the rat rod.....and this one would be a real stretch.....media blasting would probably take care of most of the car.....  No doubt, Chip could do it if anyone could, but I am sure a call to Marcell would be in line.  I would guess all these bodies were hand made, and with the remaining body internal braces and bodywork to one side, it would be fairly easy to make an exact copy.    Bugatti's are super cool.....all speed with hardly any brakes......Bill
