Looking for a place to put a 4th piston, but can't seem to find one. I'm looking for a 6th gear too! :-o
Merry Christmas to all, and all the best in the New Year!

Nice looking ride! It has a really aggressive look.
What's supposed to be in your avatar?

Hmmm... must have been something obscene. :-D
I'll see if I can find another one.

First pink pistons, then show tunes.

I know you'll be disappointed, but the piston tops are actually gold. Table top and poor photography made them pink. OK, I confess... I really wanted pink pistons. :-P

Is that Brit Rocket gonna be back in April? Maybe the guys from Georgia will be back with their Rocket some.

I'll be back! I needed stronger internals to turn more RPM. Only got 5 speeds, and no sprocket change possible.

Carpenter has a nice "head job" for that bike. :-D

Yup, Bob will be getting my head shortly. Not just for porting, but also he's developed shim-under-bucket tappets for the R3 to replace the stock shim-over-bucket units. I was able to turn 7800 RPM with stock pistons, rods, and tappets, but that's as far as I trust the Triumph internals. I don't want to be the guy that spits a shim somewhere over 8000 Rs! IMO, if you want to take this big bitch to 9K, you better have the right internals. 8-)
