I'm looking for a way to run the roll bar in a RC pickup without going through the back of the cab or into the bed, while still being legal up to the 150mph speed break. I know I'll need the 4-pt roll bar but what about aft support bars, and what angle to run them in?... Any thoughts and pics are welcome.

you could run a halo bar off the main hoop to two down bars by the A pillars two bars out the front to the chassis but if you plan on running two hundred you will need the bars out the back

Would two-peice down bars that bolt together sandwiching the front panel of the bed be legal? I've tried to come up with a way that I would be able to still take the bed off and run a roll bar and this is the best that I've come up with so far. I know the flange plates would at least have to be as good as what would be needed for a weld in cage on a uni-body car but would this be legal?
