Title: Types of gas at Maxton

 Was wondering what flavors for gas are available at Maxton?

Sunoco Race Gas

110 and 116  Leaded  and 100 Unleaded  last I heard.. maybe a 4th flavor..

I talked to Mike earlier today. He said that they will have Rockett brand fuel this year . I have used the 118 in my car for the last couple of years and really like that.

The barrels of fuel arrived here at the track earlier today.

If you drive your car to the event do you have to drain your tank before purchasing fuel at the track?  Do they sell 93 octane or less also?

From what I understand they will be using Rocket Racing Fuel.  Looks like  100 Unleaded with some oxygenation, 111 Leaded,  114 Leaded and 118 Leaded ...

Not certain but I think that is correct.

Cars driven to track are not drained.EPA concerns.

Did anyone notice a rich condition with the 118? I was pulling fuel out with a C-16 tuneup.
