Title: Are the gates open Thursday night?

We will be down Thursday and I was wondering if the gates to the air strip are open to drop off the trailer Thursday night?

I believe so as several of us are planning to arrive Thursday am to help prep the site.

Do you know how to get to the gate?  There's only one gate, by the way, and it's cleverly hidden in the arboreal forest.  I know how to get there -- but do not know the names of the roads so can't give you any help there.

The gate is usually open Thursday, indeed, as MiltonP has stated.  I don't know if any/very many folks are going to camp there that night, so you might be wise to consider locking your trailer and hitch for the overnight.  Friday and Saturday there'll be plenty of folks around -- security will be pretty good.

Yeah I have been there 4 or 5 times now, we are bringing Mike's evo again but for the first time its ready early enough we can show up early and hang out for a while. We where not sure if the gate would be open on Thursday.  BTW the "gates" comment comes from a drag racing background.

we always get there on thurs and the gate is open..   we also camp there in street rod steves big bad rock star bus.  lol! :-D
