Title: CVR SBC Oil Pump
Post by: DCarr511 on September 23, 2008, 07:15:25 PM
I am considering using the CVR Oil Pump for my SBC Wet Sump system. Does anyone have any input on it ... good or bad,

TIA.

:-)  Super pump, second only to the Titan pumps for wet sump internal pumps,IMHO.

Biggest problem is finding/getting one. I've been waiting for 2 months for mine. Made in Canada, and you have your choice of a beautiful billet aluminum one or the cast steel one, which is a bit cheaper.

Actually one of the few that have billet steel gears, as most builders have gone with the powdered metal gears. Some advertise billet, but upon questioning, they're powered    :-(
