Title: Leather perf question??

I am in the process of getting leathers for your next meet. Your rule book states no perfs in impact areas. Under your rule explanation & update you show a picture of a racer in a suit with perfs on his back. I would have thought that was an impact area. I would like my suit to have as much perf area as possible under your rules. Could someone specify where you can not have perfs? I am looking at the Joe Rocket Speedmaster pants & jacket.They join with a 360 zip.  Thanks a lot, as a newb to this I will try to not be a pain. I've been riding & racing 43 years but never any lsr type. :-D
