Title: main bearings

I am rebuilding my big block chevy and want to know the difference in 1/2 groove vs full or 3/4 groove bearings. I currently have 1/2 groove and havent experenced any problems but just courious if it is lower drag or better oil control with the full groove

Chad, Need more information. Is this a truck motor? Is it a race motor? What RPM? What clearances? Auto or stick? What oil pump?    Doug Odom in big ditch
