Any one know if and when the records are going to be posted from the first event?

Umm... Wouldn't it be more fair to compare it with the "old ECTA"'s first-ever event? :roll:

The results were printed in the Bonneville Racing News issue #199....they were passing them out at El Mirage.  Any run was a record.......229 was top speed of the meet.

I see where one car set TWO records!!!

A 1927 Ford Roadster set a record in A/Fuel Modified Roadster . . . and then another in A/Fuel Competition Coupe.

Was is one of the rare 27 Ford Cabriolets?

    I think the car has two different bodys and front brakes      :cheers:
