Title: Utah wants control of salt flats

I read on Hemmings blog an article about how Utah wants control of federal land in Utah. What does this REALLY mean? Would it be a good thing?

     After a quick read, including the comments, my first take:  #1, I see some devils lurking in the details, more needs to surface before I'd hazard what it all really means. #2, see #1.
