I highly recommend: At the beginning of the video immediately push the video to the left with
your mouse until the 4 mile marker is just on the right edge of the frame.

Edge browser. You are immediatly in a 360° view. Drag the picture and find the play button.
The browser version of this is buggy in some browsers. For the full VR effect (3D and 360° view)
download the Within app to an iOS or Android device.

HUH?? Lost me.

Frank-
Try the updated link.
Once this is working it is something you'll want to play over to pause and pan. Because
its 360° there are many little details that are not seen in one viewing.

I'm not much into video games, I'd rather do the real thing...

Doug, to simplify what he is saying, you can use the mouse, holding it down to get a 360 degree view of the car on its run. Pretty cool stuff, first time I've ever seen it

Just so people don’t get mislead by the earlier post. This is not a video game. It’s real video
that reveals this hobby to the public in a way that has never been done before. Most of it was
shot during Mike Cooks July TnT and a few weeks later at 2016 Speedweek.
You can watch it on a smart device or a browser but to get the full 360° 3D video and audio
effect you’ll need a VR headset ($20), headphones and your smartphone.
It’s a human interest piece with lots of unique shots that bring the hobby of landspeed racing to
outsiders. There is a sunrise timelapse showing all the activity, as crews and spectators prepare
for the day ahead. A camera is placed in the crowd during the drivers meeting giving a feel for
the size of the crowd and the event, and of course there are shots from inside and outside the car
at speed.
The opening shot was taken at 9:02pm during the TnT. The Sun had already set but the sky was
still bright. It’s a flyby taken by a camera placed on course at the 4 mile marker. If you as the
viewer are facing West you hear a distant drone of an engine coming from your left. The car is
out of site getting louder until a speck appears on the horizon. Seconds later the car streaks by
at full song making you snap to the right trying to keep up.
