Stream is up and running.
We're waiting for fog to burn off a little more before racing starts.

And now we're racing!

There are issues with the FM radio Brian is broadcasting from causing the output to fade in and out.

Gregg:
Seems to be working fairly well here in Saltville.

Hey, Gregg - and all -
Okay, we trouble shot audio on the Wilmington end - the FM seems to be working okay now, and Gregg's getting good signal to the laptop, I've got the Meridex screen volume up full tilt on my end, but Gregg, what I'm wondering is if Maridex is choking the feed. I'm having to turn the sound up on my stereo coming out of the computer pretty hard to discern the signal.
You got a number for Meridex?

Meridix Tech Support is (855) 637-4349

Done for the day and we'll do it again tomorrow.

Stream is up and running and racing should get under way very shortly.
We will run as long as possible today as weather is expected to move in early afternoon.
As usual, I hope you enjoy.

Been down for a while as motorcycle rider Guy Caputo went down about 3/4 track.
Just heard Brian say that he was alert and in pain with a broken arm and leg and on his way to the hospital.
Brian also said that we're calling it a day due to cleanup and a big rain mass on the way.
We'll see what happens for tomorrow.

Never want to hear that. In my thoughts for sure
-
Oh, crap. Guy, Nancy and I are sending good vibrations to you. Get back up quickly, please.
-
Prayers and thoughts to Guy.
-
And my thoughts and prayers go out for him as well.
Not meaning to be morbid, but if you go into the audio stream archive, Guy's run starts at around the 1:36:50 mark and around 1:38:00 you can hear the bike coming down the track and Brian announcing he is down.

EDITED TO ADD:
Brian said he would be posting updates about Guy on the ECTA Facebook page

Just saw this on the ECTA Facebook page:
UPDATE:
Guy Caputo is under medical care at Miami Valley Medical Center. Injuries are broken bones and soft tissue damage. His head and brain CT scan came back "clean", thankfully.
Guy's wife Dianna has requested no visitors at this time. She is appreciative of all the prayers and concerns that have come their way from the ECTA and extended racing family.
We're all thankful that Guy is as tough as he is and we will continue to update when appropriate.

UPDATE:
Many of you have been inquiring about Guy Caputo and his condition following his accident on Saturday. He remains at Miami Valley medical center and is being tended to by their staff of doctors and nurses.
We were able to speak with Guy's wife Dianna briefly yesterday morning and she told us that it will be a long road to recovery and an extended stay at Miami Valley. Guy has many broken bones and the doctors are treating his injuries in the order of their severity.
The bottom line is that he is in great hands. Now is not the time for visitors but when that changes we will let you know. Keep the positive vibes, prayers, and good juju flowing.
This was posted at 8:00 AM this morning.

I just talked to Guy Caputo.. Just more then a week ago he took the most incredible tumble we've ever witnessed but today called just to say Hey... He's in great spirits ( he should be with the quality drugs he's getting )... Can't even remember going to the Race... He and Dianna wanted to say thanks for the prayers and positive thoughts... They are honestly grateful for the friendship... he's still banged up pretty good so continued prayers are in order... Again they just wanted to let you guys know how far he's come in just a week!!!
