Mickey and Trudy Thompson murder case, one-hour television program

“Murder Book”, a relatively new one-hour TV show, will feature the Mickey and Trudy Thompson, l988 murder case that took years to obtain the conviction. 

The show, “Race to Justice” is scheduled to air Thursday, January 21, at 5: and 8: p.m., on Investigation Discovery Channel.
Viewers using Direct TV, it is Channel 285.  If you do not have DirecTV, you may want to contact your provider and ask what station Investigation Discovery Channel is on.) 
 
According to Mickey's sister, Collene Campbell the program is mainly in regard to solving the case and bringing the perpetrator to justice, which took more than 27 years, following the devastating 1988 crime.
 
They have not seen the show, however, thought you might find it interesting as we are aware, the wonderful detective and prosecutor assigned to this case are featured.

Thanks for posting this.  I recorded it last night, and watched it later.  Very good depiction of the process.  Goes to show that if you leave one stone unturned, you may just lose.  Just like racing.
