Up for sale is a very unique Vintage Oval Track Race Car, originally a Track-T racer, it has been stretched to a 97" wheelbase, added a Silver Crown tail, new fuel cell, Kirkey vintage race seat, and a roll cage constructed by Dana Stahl. The engine is a freshly built 286" 1949 Merc by Picks Automotive in SoCal, have dyno sheets and over $12K in invoices, 219 hp@4400 and 290 ft lbs. of torque. Hilborn Methanol injection, rebuilt "39 Ford" transmission with CAE rear housing mating it to the torque tube, driveshaft not yet sourced, Halibrand Champ car quick change, Schroder steering box,dual temp gauges, lots of spares, plenty more. needs fuel plumbing, interior and body work finished, throttle and controls need to be finalized and hooked up. will make a great project for someone.
