Any where else in southern California to the test?
-
Not really that's accessible and safe to run on. Maybe the Mojave mile.
-
Well there is that road going toward the back gate at Edwards... Oh but Glen already overruled that the he added the safe qualifier :-o
-
Muroc, Harper, Cuddeback come to mind. Good luck!

Isn't it possible to test at Elmo?
I would suggest calling up Google Earth and search the So Cal area as there a lots of dry lakes that are accessible just remember that the closer you get to the Marine base in 29 Palms the more likely there will be some shell craters in the lake! Don't ask how I know.

Lucerne Dry Lake? High power rocket launches every month. If memory serves me, it's pretty big.
