Title: A chimp can beat most of us...
Post by: wobblywalrus on December 23, 2014, 09:33:00 PM
Check out the electronics on this thing.  Turn on all the safety stuff and a monkey can ride it.  All I need to do is be at the far end of the course with a bunch of bananas...www.yamahamotorsports.com/sport/products/modelfeatures/722/0/features.aspx (http://www.yamahamotorsports.com/sport/products/modelfeatures/722/0/features.aspx)

The typical hydraulic suspension has some natural limits on its speed of response to input.  This limits the top speed at which it is effective.  This bike has electronic suspension.  It has the potential to work with less response time.  This will allow it to be effective at higher speeds in theory.  Hopefully a road test will be done to explain how and if it works.
