What was the boost pressure on the 835 HP engine dyno session? And- do you have flowbench numbers for the intake ports?

35lb of Boost
I do not have any Flow numbers.
Brian at Esslinger could probably come up with some Flow numbers. (you would need to tell him it is the short engine)

Thanks. The 35 PSI number sort of confirms that the simulation software for my 'F' class engine is at least in the ballpark. It shows that i'll need 30 PSI to make 725 HP (Roots blown on methanol). It's a 2-valve-hemi head with intake ports that flow 330 CFM @ 28 in. water, at .650" lift.

My hat's off to you on those records!

Most F class record holding lakesters are currently making in excess of 1000 HP.

Jack I have run 42lbs But it is hard on wrist pins, and connecting rods. Mostly because of heat.
I made some changes on the tall engine that I run know to eliminate the heat problems.
This engine I have For Sale has the HD rods and Pins.

And if you run Gas run as much as it can take and still start.
