Title: 130 and 150 Club
Post by: SPROCKIT on July 14, 2014, 08:44:02 PM
The sight says....• No nitrous, alcohol, E85, or nitro-fueled (this includes any other alternative fuels) vehicles will be allowed.

(FUELED is the Key word and reason for my question)

Does this refer to Drag Race style cars that run only on alcohol (fueled) are not allowed?

Or

Does it mean I cant Inject alcohol (snow performance) to cool the supercharger temps.
cause technically my truck is fueled by pump gas ...

I'd specifically ask the USFRA your questions if I were you.  The 130 and 150 Clubs are theirs - and their people have set the rules.  Email them and ask - or wait 'til one of the members of the group see your question here.  Good luck.

This from the posted rules.....

• The 150-mph format is specifically designed for currently licensed and insured, street legal cars/motorcycles. Requests for exemption from the Street Legal, Licensed & Insured requirement will require USFRA approval 45 days prior to the event.

So what we know is they don't want race cars in the club... if yours is a street driven car and you want to curtail detonation then you should be OK,  but as others have said, it is easy to ask if it you are OK.
My guess.... no problem
