Danny Thompson and the Challenger II did some testing out at El Mirage Tuesday, The crew and car performed well. They were checking some of the systems out and they performed very well.

Bet they ended up testing the vacuum cleaner when it was over... I don't think you can ever get it all....
looking forward to seeing this one battle the others on the salt.

Are they planning on running the June El Mirage meet?

Don't bet on seeing Challenger II in June or July. They still need to refresh the engines and get that bad boy to paint. I do know they intend to be on the salt in July for a test and tune unless something drastic happens then it's time for Speedweek!!
